Villa Chapel Fund established at ECHS

Chuck Scalise of Housing and Neighborhood Development Services (HANDS) and David Frew of the Erie County Historical Society (ECHS) have agreed to allow Civitas and other Villa Chapel supporters to establish a Villa Chapel Fund at the ECHS making all donations tax-deductable.
